Founded by intuitive hairstylist and energy practitioner Katie Lavenburg, the studio was created to offer more than just appointments — it’s an experience rooted in transformation, self-expression, and grounding. Every service is approached with artistry, intuition, and deep care, whether you’re here for dimensional color, a restorative Reiki session, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself. Inspired by both the earthly and the ethereal, Earth & Ether blends elevated salon services with a calming, soul-nourishing atmosphere designed to help you leave feeling aligned inside and out. This is a space for authenticity, creativity, healing, and becoming — where beauty is treated as both ritual and self-devotion. Every session is intuitively guided & fully customized. Rather then booking individual services, you reserve sacred time for transformation — allowing space for hair artistry, energy healing, or whatever support is needed in the moment. This approach is genderless, gratuity-free, & completely transparent — you know exactly what your investment is upfront, with no surprises. Your time is dedicated entirely to you and your unique needs. Salon Policies: The little details that keep everything running smoothly. Created with intention to honor your time, energy, & experience. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, your session may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to respect the next guest & your stylist’s time. You will be responsible to pay the full amount of the scheduled session. Additional People: To maintain a calm and intentional environment, we ask that you come to your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made. If this poses an issue, please reach out directly and we can do our best to find a solution with you! Service Adjustments: If you are not 100% in love with your end result, we are always here to help. We have a 7 day grace period for you to come back in for an adjustment on the same service you received. Additional services past what you initially received may require an additional charge - meaning, we will always adjust any tweaks required on the original service that was scheduled but if you are wanting more than what was scheduled, that is subject to additional service charges. Anything after 7 days is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly. Peaceful Space Policy: I’m deeply committed to creating an experience that feels safe, welcoming, grounded, & respectful for everyone who enters. There is zero tolerance for Hate, discrimination, bullying, harassment, aggressive behavior, or consistently disruptive energy. Kindness, mutual respect, & consideration for the environment and the people within it are expected at all times. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service at any point if behavior, communication, timing, or overall conduct compromises the safety, comfort, professionalism, or energetic integrity of the salon experience.
